Motto
Steering Perspectives
Sales conversations and negotiations are a constant flow of shifting perspectives that continually reshape both the subject and the way we view each other.

Selling
Optimise sales
Be aware that potential customers often already have an opinion or perspective about you and your offering, shaped by previous experiences or information. At the same time, as a seller, you often unconsciously have an opinion about the potential customer as well. It is crucial to acknowledge and address these beliefs so that you can effectively respond to the concerns and needs of the potential customer.
My sales technique recognizes that everything in sales conversations and negotiations revolves around adjusting, replacing, and introducing perspectives. In this process, you as the seller always take the initiative.
The technique focuses on asking the right questions so that your perspective and that of the potential customer align with the features of your product. Making mistakes is not a problem as long as the potential customer’s perspective of you remains positive.

This is also the first thing we work on during my training sessions: ensuring that the impression you leave on your potential customer is always positive, engaged, and professional.
This forms the foundation upon which the new questioning and other techniques come into play. Regardless of which techniques we train, they empower you as a seller to view and steer the conversation from a bird's-eye perspective
Managing
Manage people
My management training focuses not on budgets or financial matters, but on leading employees through effective communication. It is crucial to motivate them to achieve better performance. It is important to recognize that each person is unique and must be motivated in different ways: some respond to a salary increase, others to more responsibility, and yet others to creative challenges.
With my management training, leaders gain the techniques necessary to understand and leverage this diversity of motivations.
Ultimately, 'managing people' is also about perspectives.

In practice, there can be moments when processes do not run smoothly. When errors occur in work processes, it is crucial to be able to conduct an effective corrective conversation. This is critical for damage control and restoring the situation.
You will gain access to techniques that support you in these conversations, as well as in conducting performance reviews or annual reviews. And in the worst-case scenario, when you need to terminate the employment relationship with someone.
Calling
Communicate digitally
Nowadays, no marketing plan can be considered complete without a solid social media strategy and the integration of influencers. Both have their influence on results, and when everything goes well, that influence is positive. But where do they have an impact, and how exactly?
Someone who picks up the phone to contact potential customers or even "suspects" definitely has a large, direct, and personal impact. That should be clear because this person can completely mess up the situation if they are not suited for the task.
Cold calling can be a powerful tool within marketing strategies. In my training, this technique is examined from a new perspective. We learn how to leverage cold calling to not only establish a personal connection but also to capture the various perspectives of both the seller and the customer. The goal is to align these perspectives, just like in a sales conversation

This transforms cold calling not only into a means of generating leads but also into a strategy for building valuable, long-term customer relationships.
To present oneself
You and your audience
My presentation training is entirely focused on you, just as your audience will focus on you. The training is about how you can convey your message in a captivating way—because your audience wants to be engaged. Above all, the training enhances your natural presentation style, as nothing is as convincing as authenticity.
Some say there are two types of people: those who can present and those who cannot. But I believe that anyone can learn to do it. After my training, you will be able to deliver your message in a way that inspires your audience long after the presentation is over.
